TRAINING CAMP – DAY THIRTEEN (9/30)
Here’s where to find all your updates for day twelve of LA Kings Training Camp.
The Kings announced three additional changes to Training Camp this morning when they loaned the following players to the Ontario Reign.
Aatu Jamsen
Kaleb Lawrence
Koehn Ziemmer
Parker Berge
Jamsen, Lawrence and Ziemmer are all signed to Entry Level Contracts with the LA Kings and do not need to clear waivers to be assigned to Ontario while Berge has a an AHL contract with the Reign and was in camp on a Professional Tryout Contract (PTO). The four players will join Kenta Isogai, Jacob Doty and Jack Hughes at Reign training camp later this week. Those three players all have AHL contracts as well and were released from their tryout contracts on September 28th.
A number of players remaining in camp but expected to play for the Reign in the 2025-26 season would need to be placed on waivers and then clear before being assigned to Ontario. The Kings have two preseason games remaining on the schedule before the Home Opener on October 7th and rosters need to be submitted to the NHL by 2pm (PST) on October 6th. The Ontario Reign have a preseason game scheduled on October 5th. I would expect the a large amount of players to be placed on waivers and assigned to Ontario sometime before then.
The LA Kings travel to Boise, Idaho tonight to take on the Utah Mammoth in their fifth preseason game. The training camp groups for today are listed below.
