Something unimaginable happened Saturday.

*sees only cobwebs inside bottle*
It had been a while, but the Kings actually won a game on the road! Against a good team no less!
But the Kings still have a lot of work left to do if they want to make the playoffs. Fortunately, they face one of the worst teams in the league tonight.
What’s that? The Columbus Blue Jackets have MORE wins than the Kings?
I’ve made myself sad again.
Well, to cheer ourselves up a bit, let’s quickly tally up the totals of the Kings’ two big trade acquisitions from the Blue Jackets in the last few years:
JEFF CARTER
252 Games (Regular Season and Playoffs)
97 Goals
82 Assists
179 Points
2 Stanley Cup Championships
MARIAN GABORIK
84 Games (Regular Season and Playoffs)
35 Goals
33 Assists
68 Points
1 Stanley Cup Championship
Thank you, #Lumbus. We’ll never forget how amazingly kind you’ve been to the Kings.
