Now that the dust has settled a little bit on the Los Angeles Kings 2nd Stanley Cup victory in 3 years… it’s finally become clear just what this team has been missing…

…a country song anthem about a championship hockey team in Los Angeles.

Thankfully, the Monster Truck Nationals 2014 Artist of the Year, Brandon Maddox, has finally written… well… a country song anthem about a championship hockey team in Los Angeles. Listen to “The Bigger The Game, The Better We Play” below:

I have to admit, I am more of a fan of Brandon’s earlier work… like “The Bigger the Wheels, The Better The Man”…

… which just happens to be the exact same song.

So what say you, LA Kings fans? Does Brandon Maddox’s Country Hockey Anthem replace “We Are Los Angeles” before each home game at Staples Center next season?
