Because with Rob Blake becoming the LA Kings Assistant GM and Dustin Brown getting signed to an 8-year contract… it’s the kind of LA Kings news that hits Jesse’s sweet spot. In a brand new episode of All The Kings Men Podcast, Jesse and I are joined by Jon Hoven from Mayors Manor as we discuss (one more time) Rob Blake in the Kings Front Office as well as Dustin Brown on the Kings…um… ice. Also, I received an email over the weekend from Stephen Pettigrew, who is a doctoral student studying political science with a passion for statistics and hockey. With the NHL schedule announced last Friday, he crunched the numbers on how fans of middle-of-the-pack Eastern Conference teams are screwed big time until the NHL adds two more teams via expansion.
