Last Wednesday, the show that many of us Los Angeles Kings fans have been waiting for… finally premiered.

Fox Sports West Presents: Alex Curry Standing in Places!!!

Alex Curry, formerly of Angels Weekly, took us through a wild 30 minute trip that pulled back the curtain on our favorite LA Kings players and showed us how they live their lives in the the most aggressive, the most extreme, the most awesome ways possible!!!

Anyone else get a Dignan from Bottle Rocket vibe from Jarret Stoll in the above screengrab?

Probably just me then.

The highlight of Episode 1 of Kings Weekly was by far the trip to Jarret Stoll’s yoga class where the producers of Kings Weekly found the yoga teacher straight out of Central Casting.

Really… Mary “Strong”? At least try to make up a fake name, Kings Weekly.

Jarret showcased his yoga moves and talked at length about how yoga has helped improve his strength and his conditioning. And then he showed off some advanced yoga moves.

Wow, I’ve never seen a “<3″ done in person before. Cool!

But most importantly, the Kings Weekly Jarret Stoll Yoga Segment gave us this…

I wish there was some way to visually express what it must feel like to see Jarret Stoll do yoga in person.

Nailed it.

Here is the entire Jarret Stoll Yoga Class segment:

Later in the show, Kings Weekly featured the players heading to downtown Los Angeles and feeding homeless people.

I’ll let you guys decide which one is the homeless person.

Patrick O’Neal did an in-depth interview with Schmidt from New Girl.

And while TRH’s own Jesse Cohen was busy being featured on and the Vancouver Province

PumperNicholl‘s tweet was featured on the lower third graphic
of a regional cable network show.

But honestly… who cares what I have to say about Kings Weekly. This show is for the fans… they are the ones who really matter!

Ugh, I can’t believe you guys found my personal account.

Well, even if Kings Weekly started off rocky… I’m sure they are going to do things in future episodes that totally won’t allienate the Los Angeles Kings fan base, right? RIGHT?!?

Here is a sneak peek at a brand new episode of Kings Weekly, which airs Thursday night after the Kings Live Postgame at the end of the Kings-Predators game.

In full disclosure, close F’TRH (Friend of The Royal Half) Jack A Wilson is the producer of Kings Weekly. And we told him that we’d take it easy with our review of the Kings Weekly Premiere. So with that in mind… I wish there was some way to visually represent what we here at TRH thought of the 1st episode of Kings Weekly.

Yes, this is me “taking it easy” on Jack.
